Rent is always due on the first of the month and is considered late on the second. Late fees are charged on the seventh calendar day.
DEBIT
Debit card can be used towards payments in the tenant portal. You will be charged a flat rate of $9.99 per transaction, in addition to your payment amount.
CREDIT
Credit cards have a higher transaction fee, as it is based off of a percent of your payment amount. Credit cards are charged 2.99% per transaction. For example, if your rent is $3,000/month, your transaction fee will be $89.70. We usually do not recommend paying by credit card for this reason.
NOTE: Payments are charged and collected by a secure third-party software provider. Transaction fees are not paid to Axia, nor can we change pricing.
ACH or E-Check payments are typically the method that we recommend using as it has the lowest transaction fee. When paying via E-Check through the portal, be sure to have your banking information, including account and routing numbers handy. There is a flat $2.49 fee per transaction.

If you wish to avoid transaction fees, you may mail paper checks to our office each month. Please make checks out to Axia Property Management, and mail them to the following address:

Be sure to put checks in the mail at least two weeks before rent is due to ensure that they reach out office in time. You will be charged a late fee if your check is not received on time.
